"We own a rental house in town and now live out of state. That means we have to trust what we're being told because I can't be there to see for myself. It would be easy to be taken advantage of, but this company turned out to be as honest as the day is long. Our tenants came home to a small flood when the water heater started leaking. Turned out it was the plastic shut off knob that had cracked somehow. They were able to replace it on the spot for the cost of a service call. It would have been easy for them to tell me we needed a whole new water heater. But they didn’t, and now they have a new customer for life. All I can say is thank goodness there are still honest people out there."
